Yes, I missed #10 initially. Sorry IRENE. When the Bypass switch is On the Run Relay is fed by the diode. Great little riddle… now to find a proper replacement.

Thought of that but engine starts and runs fine with Bypass switch pressed.

Well that was a tricky one. It has turned out to be the stupid 15A push button breaker. It must have been breaking the power circuit due to vibration. Slipped in a spare and we’re now dumping 60...

Yes… I actually like how simple it all is with the relays. Hearing folks on another forum say it ends up being the stupid 15A breaker intermittently dropping power to all relays due to vibration....

Multimeter in OHMS and clip multimeter to the sensor tab and ground.
Meter should read Continuity to...

I removed all the relays then with meter grounded to block and probed into 86 on the Shut Down Relay socket. I found ground then disconnected oil pressure switch and lost ground, proving none of the...
