Lots of good points made here. All of these channels sparked my interest to 1st learn to sail , (took the courses and bought a Pearson 303)

2nd. To leave the lake, (lake Lanier) head to the USA...

On my 1984 Pearson all the lines from the toilet to the holding tank were clogged it was very tough job replacing all of them hope that’s not the case on yours.

I recently had a very good experience using them to help me find a boat no problems at all. That being said each broker could be different but not a scam and money is safe.

Ideally would like to have boat in lake Lanier part time then be able to haul to fla to head to the Bahamas.

37-43 ft
Wide beam for comfort & space
keel for Bahamas and fla keys....
