Kailani was purchased in Mar 2018 in Rio Dulce,
Guatemala. She was sailed home to St Petersburg, FL where the
current owners did a $60k
refit in preparation of plans to
cruise through the
South Pacific to
Australia. They departed Jan 1 this year and decided cruising wasn’t for them and returned home from Grand Cayman. Kailani has only had 2000 miles put on her after her refit! They are currently still living on her. She is a TURNKEY CRUISER! She needs nothing as they only went cruising for a total of 3 months. Get in her and go! Escape the coronavirus! Full
documentation of the
work has been kept with a stack of receipts over an inch thick. With all new
rigging installed by The Yacht Rigger in St Pete, FL, spare alternators, starters, fresh
water pumps,
toilet pumps,
hatch seals,
fuel filters,
oil filters,
oil,
engine belts,
steering cable, shift/throttle
cables, 8
fuel jerry cans and 2
water jerry cans, you need absolutely nothing to go cruising! The
hatch glass pieces that haven’t been replaced yet, are on the
boat waiting to be installed. Truly off the grid
catamaran with 675AH
battery bank, 600 watts of
solar, and a
Spectra 12v
watermaker (6gph at 9A). The Port
engine is 2GM20F that was replaced early 2000s (based on the
serial number) and has approximately 1500 hours. The starboard engine is a 3YM20F that was installed professionally by previous owner in 2012 and has approximately 400 hours. The
catamaran lived in fresh water in the Rio Dulce for the previous 12 years, 10 of it being with the previous owner.
Highfield
Dinghy (Dec 2019) with 2004 Yamaha
2 stroke 15HP may or may not be included in
sale depending on
price agreed upon. Same goes with
