This area is in front of the owners side sofa & storage cabinets. Not where our starter battery is.

Yes this is actually in the aft starboard owners cabin. I said this was the port side but my bad...it is in our starboard cabin in front of the bed.

It appears to be salty but will locate our tds meter to verify. Thank you for the replies & the suggestion that this might be the site of a previous bilge pump. We will do some more investigation of...
