Power Max bow thruster CT 80 - propeller removal

The bow thruster of our Beneteau 40 has attracted quite a few barnacals during the last season. The propeller, the leg but also the entire thruster tunnel are full of the remains of those creatures....

I assume US law applies to them. As far as I understand that, the whole purpose of the Delaware LLC registration "scheme" is to get the boat documented with the US coast guard and fall under US law...

So in my case, I am going to buy a vessel (or maybe not :rolleyes:) that is in the Chesapeake Bay, and it may even stay in the same harbor, in the same slip.
I will pay MD taxes and get the title,...

Interesting and confusing.
