Final Update: Motor needed new brushes. It is repaired, installed again, and everything is working properly. |

So, an Ullman Sail loft suggested using heat shrink tubing. I may give that a go, adding some tubing large enough to my next parts order. The dimple suggestion is interesting, I'll look at that.... |
