Garmin5212 changing speed-filter

Hey everybody

Does anyone know if you can adjust the speed-filter on the 5212?
The issue is that my plotter shows the boat-speed at 1 second intervals and that is annoying; I would prefer 3 or 5...

Battery charging

My boat has a starter battery and a separate house battery which is charged by a 220 V charger.
In what case can both batteries be charged from the same source and how should they be connected?
