Bareboat Charter in South Chile?

Quick search on the internet: I had the impression the superstructure is somewhat different.

I can only agree to lizzy_belle. A certificate will maybe give you some knowlegde on theoretical things (which you can also easily learn from books or online) and the basic technique, but not...
