I cannot help you directly, but I am moored in Loano and can suggest you contact the marina office on info@marinadiloano.it . Loano is part of a 5 port consortium called Liguria Ports which includes La Spezia, Genoa and (I think) Livorno and could put you in touch with those ports as well. They have a good handle on who is looking for what.
