Wow! That is a question that is almost impossible to answer.
Having had a similar situation on my own 1964 ketch I can only tell you that the real cost may not be in the refastening...

My boat is a 50 foot classic ketch. Mahogany plank on frame carvel type. It was built in 1964 and other than the hull, is starting to get in good shape.
