I have a Maxwell RC800.
Uses 5/16” chain, have one foot control.
I mounted it, never used it. Removed & installed a larger unit.
It costs $549 new, when purchased from Defender in June, 2010....

a third option is to chemically seal the tank. It requires cutting a large hole in the tank, throughly cleaning, then acid etching, then applying sealant..
Chemical cost would be about $100.
