If you have not seen the YouTube series on mixing lithium and lead on Emily and Clarks Adventure you would do well to watch and learn the pitfalls of lithium only and the dangers of mixing...

When I advertised I was scrapping a boat, I got numerous inquiries from the tractor pulling community. Apparently there is a need for lead for their "lead sled".
Advertise it on Craigslist or Kijiji...

I was going to suggest POR-15 as an option as they claim that is tolerated a light rust (read flash rust) after sand blasting...... and they claim as a MCU (moisture cured urethane) it gets stronger...
