their is a company in colon panama that certificates ??? life rafts ,, has been years but they opened, inflated and repacked one for i think was 300 bucks. i bought a used one 4 or 5 years ago .....

i have been to both sides living in panama ,, it is what you make of it , i have been offered lobster in exchange for ice , hot coffee etc. i trade and pay . locals ask much more pay for work done...

my documents were mailed to me on dec 30 i had applied in september as stated in an earlier post ,, i bought my boat here in panama and changed ownership online with uscg ..it is for salt again here...

when i bought my 42 solaris 1978 the motors " 50 HP YANMARS " had recent rebuild one 600 plus the other like 450 plus hours on them. i now have 1015 on one the other says 700 but about 100 hours ago...

i have tried every thing and the mixture works better than any commercial penetrate . i keep an old empty gas treatment container with the narrow neck and mix it as i use it because the acetone does...
