I have had the same problem in win 8.
Problem is the file is located in a folder which is hidden.
Go to the folder that should contain the unvisible folder "pathdata".
And the turn on view hidden...

An intermediate method to thread inserts I use.
Fill the hole with liquid epoxy precoating.
Fill the whole with thick epoxy glue.
Insert Bolt coated with spray on vaseline without the hinge.

Best practice would be to remove the nuts. Clean the thread on the studs and reinsert the studs with some high strength loct-tite thread locker. :smile:
