no more than any other boat, a good survey. mine missed quite a bit, but I knew what I was getting into. hulls are strong, decks are ok. mine is less rig, just a trawler... love the space. I have rewired, replumbed rebuilt the floor frame and new wood floor. my spring project is to replace the sides, windows are very poor design, typical of taiwan built boats. sipps fuel and comfortable ride. mine is the frist one built by Trans World Boatbuilders, still building today. if your wanting a sailboat bad choice, comfortable boat to live or travel in can't beat it. greg
