    ICOM 801E and Pactor llPro Difficulties
    I would appreciate assistance on using this equipment with SailMail.
    "After 12 years the existing Windows XP computer died and I have replaced with a Windows 10 pro. I have communicated with ICOM, Pactor and SailMail and to date I have not been able to send out e mails. The problem is that ICOM 801E refuses to "tune" to the requested frequency. All settings have been tried and retried. I would appreciate any thoughts on the matter.
