Hi Gilow-I’m in Adelaide and am fond of the Swanson. I have. 1930 timber gaff rig cutter fully useable but am thinking of going for a leg of mutton sail which should be easier to sail solo at my age. Interested in why you want to sell the Swanson

Hi mate, just wondering if you still have your Swanson? I’m looking at buying one and have a couple of questions..?

Just had to say that I would have sold my soul for a Swanson 42 when I was younger, they were the cruising yacht everyone lusted after. Now, I look at the ones still cruising and feel a twinge of that avariciousness.

Did you ever hear back from SeaRig? I have had some trouble in the past with KZMarine emails - and wondering if you had a contact or advice. Did you use their turnbuckles? I have SeaRig now and am about to rerig - would like to replace with same units...

I was just reading a thread you posted in about using a marinised, used truck engine. Our previous boat ahd this and was great and i would love to find a cheaper way to repower our boat.
