The south coat folks are less honest , (you will get robbed if you are dumb) But the nort coats & "nortenios" in general are pretty decent folks , if you act decent , of course.Now the "Gente" (people) are great , just you cant go around naked , they are more "prissy" than most americans would ever imagine.
