Oh there you are. Thank you kindly for the reply! Somehow I did not see it till now due to my unfamiliarity with the forum nooks and crannies.

The internal refit was on the menu before we even bought the boat. I had assumed it would be one of the first things I did. But it’s funny- so many other things have come along that have had to be dealt with first. The interior rebuild up in the bow is starting to become more and more like a future ‘luxury’ job that I’m looking forward to doing when the time comes.

The longer I stare at it and compare it to other boats the more sense I have of what needs to be done though.

Hey Creedence. How’s it going? Kind of an idle question here- but I’m wondering what the interior of your Spindrift looks like up front- mainly in terms of bulkhead structure. Our Landfall 39 had a fire before we bought it and we have not yet rebuilt the bulkheads up in the bow- busy with too many other things on the list while we take our time contemplating the interior renos.

The original design makes things pretty claustrophobic up in the bow. I’m thinking to replace one of the bulkheads with knee braces. I’ve seen pics of another Landfall 39 that had knee braces in place of one of the bulkheads, and I’m sure it is possible. Nothing in your gallery - I’m wondering if someday you would have time to post a comment or a photo re what your interior structure looks like. I’m sure I can find the layout online of course but it’s not quite the same. Cheers!
