Hi,,Strangely enough i find myself in almost the same position as you,,i have purchased a US boat and it sits waiting for me in San Francisco.
The seller transferred title(not completed yet)on the coast guard title papers(as the boat is USCG registered) we have to complete the transfer by having a witness present when we both sign.
My question to you is "How did you get your boat de-registered from USCG?" did it cost you,,?? i need to do the same. Thanks.
