To answer your question: I takes about 45 minutes to get to ocean, depending a bit on currents, bridge status and traffic on the river.

Thank you for answering my post! The dock sounds great, a bit over my budget but looks awesome. Beggars should not be "choosers", but could I ask how far is it to the ocean to go sailing? With a hull speed of 6 - 7 kn any idea how long it would take me to get there and back?
