Installed a docking cleat on the forward part of the dinghy atop my little addition to the bow. Until I can order the new gunnels from Dyer I bent a piece of electrical conduit around the outside while still utilizing the holes from previous copper riveting. I may strip the paint off the conduit and shine it up for aesthetics but the conduit adds a little reinforcement for the time being.
