Sorry about the long wait for a reply I don't visit this site too much. I bought my 270 in tacoma WA for $2500 with a tandemm axle trailer. With the amount of work that I have put into it I still feel it was a good deal some people think differently. I am sure that you would have saw the pics on iboats as I have been keeping a restoration thread alive there.

I was following your progress on refurbishing your 270 on a website I cannot remember. Many pictures and regular updates (like Lost A Bunk). Can you point me to where I can see them again or get additional info? I am considering buying a 1980 270SDB with twin 470's and the pics of your boat gutted were very informative. The owner of the boat I am looking at and I don't even know where to begin negotiating on price. What did you pay with the trailer? Thank in advance.
