Hi Gaylebuzz, I noticed your post in Robert's question about crew. Just in case, can you tell me a bit about yourself, your time in Baja (lived there for seven years), your sailing, and your aspirations?


For what it is worth, I am 70, currently live in the BVI, work as a charter skipper, but likely not much longer. I have sailed for decades, lived aboard for 33 years, worked as a skipper and ASA sailing instructor for a long time. Used to be a golf professional! Love cruising, am fit, don't drink, smoke or do drugs, and prefer cruising with someone else. My boat is a 1999 45 foot Leopard catamaran, in excellent condition. I live aboard and do term charters. I will probably stop the regular charters fairly soon but continue doing around six instructional gigs a year, which I really enjoy, for the foreseeable future.
