My mistake. I'm surprised conditions were that bad. San Diego to Cabo should be fairly benign right now.

actually we had a delivery from san diego to cabo, and then i flew home directly afterward due to a family emergency... i would have left the boat anyway though as conditions were less than suitable.

Last I read you were heading to San Diego. Have you been there before? I used to live there if you need a guide let me know. I several friends (in your age group) you would find quite fun and who would enjoy showing you around.
