Concidering to sell my Halberg Rassy 35 1971 (sloop rigged Hardtop version)
Location: south of Sweden

She is an aspiring classic yacht that deserves more time than i can give her right now, due to new work commitments on the horizon. She is a Diy project where the engine has been hauled out for survey, the through hulls dismounted(hull is sanded and prepared for paint).it is a big Diy project but with exquisite opportunities for the right man to make her into a shining classic again.

Shipyard /land storage is payed until 30/5/2018. Can be extended for roughly 40 euros a month. That includes access to toilett,showers,washing room, water, electricity. The big hardware store and food are 5min away by car , 15min by bike=you can stay aboard and make her ready to sail since the cabins dont require work..

She comes with a furling head, 4x older but usable sails(no main), heater, water heater, full kitchen. Tools etc.

Condition exterior: age related but good. Mostly touch up work needed.

Condition intererior: Could need some new varnish here and there in the saloon. Bow cabin is very nice. Aft cabin is very nice., Toilet needs rebuilding.

The biggest jobs that needs to be done: install engine again, main sail, through hulls

This yacht usuallly goes for around 30'000 euros < in standard working condition.

My asking price as it stands is: 11'500 euros.
