Trouble turning on GSI 3-burner CNG oven - suggestions?!

Anyone else have troubles lighting the oven for a GSI CNG stove? We can get the pilot light lit (with a bit of effort) but can't get further than that. Stovetop works great and still lots of gas in tank.
