Cruisers yacht stuck on Gulfport beach in 4 feet of sand
Tropical Storm Debbie is still causing problems for this sailor whose boat may have to be demolished to be moved in the Tampa Bay area. Currently it is stuck with 4 feet of its keel in the sand.
