Hello from the Florida Keys !

I started sailing at 15 (now 35) with my Dad & stepmom aboard their Prout 50'. Left college & sailed to The FL Keys when I was 20 aboard my 1976 Hunter 27'. Lived aboard for 3 years. Sold boat & bought 1975 Hunter 30. Sailed it for 6 years (Keys & Bahamas). Had first child & sold boat soon after. Now have 2 beautiful girls & the love of my life. Want to get back to sailing & cruising with the kids. Have been on this forum before but just recently joined. I look forward to talking with, sharing, & learning from each of you. Thanks for being here!

Pleasant breezes!

Welcome Sidney - I sailed the Keys for the first time this summer, it was fantastic. You live in a wonderful part of the world... Fair winds.

Welcome aboard.

I've sailed out of Key Largo a few times, a great location for some of the finest sailing grounds in the U.S.!

Welcome aboard. What a great experience to share with your daughters. My absolute favorite lifetime memories are sailing/ cruising with my father.
