Hello and question re stabilisers
This is my first message so I trust I am following an appropriate protocol

We have a 11 metre glass trawler style hull.


We are refitting it and have an issue re the stabilisers. We have the fold out wings but no actual stabilisers . Can we use chain or solid droppers?
What shape/ weight should the stabilisers be?
Any advice no matter how basic appreciated.
