Hello everyone

I am new both to this forum and to sailing in general. I’m Chinese, 28, married but have no child.

BTW, if there is any other Chinese speaker currently reading this post, please pm me and we could chat in Chinese.

Sailing around the world is my goal. But I have zero skill about being a skipper so here come the question: how long it's going to take before I'm master a 40 inch sailboat? (or should I say it's better to be count in mileage?)
