What I find most annoying about various healthcare systems including and especially the US, is nurses who think they're doctors and a public and legal system which expects every nurse to know things that only can be known after many years of specialty training and schooling... Which results in defensive treatment, documentation and behaviors. Just last evening I found myself being required to document behavioral issues on a 105 year old woman and giving high calorie dietary supplements to a 300 pound diabetic patient... It can't get more ridiculous than this. Common sense is out the window.

Well, I am a Pilot...but today I am going to the wood pile and pile it here and pile it there. If I am lucky I may get down to the dock and emulate Weavis with a comfy nap. Nobody down there on these grey days.

So, none of you over winter in the Med? Shame because you miss out on a lovely season. I would rather be there than knee deep in snow and central heating.
