You might check on Lauderdale
Marine Center, up the New River in
Fort Lauderdale. Most of their business is superyachts, where crew is expected to live and work on the boat in the yard. They do still manage to fit a few "little" boats like us in too. They deal with lots of cats, and won't even need the biggest
lift they have to get you out of the
water. Not bargain basement, but not really high end pricing either. They are fine with you living on the boat while you work.
For a
price, they can even supply a
cooling tower so you can run your AC, and a black
water tank for your toilet waste so you can have all the comforts of home while
on the hard
The nice thing about
Fort Lauderdale is there a zillion marine
service and supply places around.
