Been Back On Land For A Month Now ...

It is astonishing how much has seemed to change. Being back in Utah has been an interesting experience (and we have only been gone seven months), we seem so much .... I don't know different/younger/energetic than our peers (friends/associates), we are certainly happier, more carefree and enjoying our lives and each other more than they. I think they all see us as some strange curiosity! We are both missing the boat more than we thought we would and are looking forward to getting back. I even think the crew (cats) are missing the boat too. They have both proved to be really good little travelers!

We are enjoying the grandkids though -- and the newest is the cutest ever! However, as my husband said, I said that about the last one (our first) -- what do you think his point was?!?

And what makes you think that you're not a "strange curiosity"? If you are, then revel in it, being normal is such an odd and boring ambition to have.

We are reveling in it! I think (mostly) we are shocked at how quickly we (or perceptions) have changed.

If you care too much about what other people think, you will always be their prisoner.

Being a cruiser is a life style, not an oddity. Others either don't understand it, can't handle it or are jealous that there are not out there themselves. "Revel in it"
