Shore Premier Finance?

Anyone ever use Shore Premier Finance for a used sailboat loan?

I was recommended them by a broker for financing an international boat purchase, however their website is pretty rough and I haven't found much information on other websites.

we need more information, especially where will the boat be titled, registered and sailed. all affect the recommended answer.

Plan to title & register in Florida and then go cruising full time, next year.
