Going rate for liability insurance?

Hello everybody. Three questions on liability insurance:

1) What is the going rate for liability insurance for a 40-foot sailing cat that spends:

- 8 months a year (including July-NOvember) ashore in Trinidad or Rio Dulce;and
- 4 months cruising in the Eastern or Western Caribbean, with possible trips into the USVI/PR/continenral US that may require highish limits to get into marinas?

2) Any recommendations for liability limits that will keep all yards and marinas happy?

3) ny recommendations about brokers or insurers to get liability cover? Boat is UK-flagged; no US citizen or residents onboard.
