In search of barient 17 retaining nut

Hello, just lost the retaining nut overboard on my barient 17 st winch, It was lose and when I pulled on the job sheet, she went overboard. Lesson learned. [emoji4]

I am contacting the Australian company that may have one but also wanted to inquire if by chance someone out there may have a spare to sell. Thank you!

It has been many years since I have touched a Barient, but I think it uses a 1 7/8, but that could be totally wrong. Hutton carries some parts for the Barient. Worth checking.

Some, or maybe most, Australian made Barlow winches have common parts with Barient.
