Boat stickers

Where are people having the custom ‘boat stickers’ made? I’ve seen little oval stickers with image, boat name in bars and at fuel docks etc.

Pretty much every industrial / commercial city of >100k people has a local sign-and-label shop that can do things like this along with car wraps, small billboards, etc. You give them a PDF, PNG, SVG, etc. of the graphic and a hundred or two dollars, they'll print it up on one of a few kinds of digital short-run press, cut the outlines with a CNC knife, and a week later, you get a roll of a hundred labels.

I'm sure there are internet-based outsourcers too, but most custom decals I've seen are just done at the nearest mom & pop sticker shop.
