Stuart Anchoring Ordinance Rejected
Great news! The Stuart/Martin anchoring ordinance will be removed from the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) meeting agenda "until such time as the developmental issues within the proposed ordinance can be improved," according to a Mar. 19 FWC letter sent to Martin County.
