Legal paper reqd for son to take/cruise fathers boat?

Son wants to borrow my sailboat for cruise from Texas down to Mexico, Honduras, Panama and other nearby countries there.

What legal document do we need to work up that he'd then keep with him on boat proving his permission and right to have and posses the sailboat when checking into other countries?
