Thanks for the series of construction photo’s, the chainplates are interesting, I’ve not seen that technique used before. What sort of rig will she have? Keel stepped mast? conventional or Gaff?
It’s a shame to cover up all that beautiful timber work.

Yes, keel stepped masts. It's a ketch, traditional standing rigging as wooden hollow masts, stays with deadeyes/lashings, staysails (meaning no mainsail boom) and bowsprit. Dunno yet what kind of down wind sails I will get.

Here's finished chainplate. A 16mm bowshackle fits on it.
