Silicon "repair"

Is there a compound(Goop, gorrella glue etc) that will stick to silicon to form a waterproof seal?

I have used RTV silicon to repair tears in the silicon parts of masks and snorkels with good effect.

i had to re do my mast boots because of holes but also because the patches of sillycone didnt stick to each other... might be a good idea to go ahead and re-do the jobs and have freedom from anxiety about it ....
