Relining boat

My 1998 Prout 38 is in Antigua is recovering from hurricane damage. The lining is getting cooked. The glue holding up the liner produces VOCs and the liner falls down. the vinyl softeners vaporize react with glue and the foam attached to the vinyl disintegrates into a yucky yellow powder and again down comes the liner. After much research I think I have a cure. I found out what NASA lines satellites and what the navy lines submarines and warships with. 3M corp helped put the glue problem straight.Quentin in Jolly Harbour Yard Antigua did all the work. Here are the stages in pics.
