Pettit Hydrocoat Eco Gone Bad?

Anyone ever seen anything like this before with Hydrocoat Eco? Tried mixing it with a drill for 20 mins and thinning with water, but still can't get the clumps out of the paint.

Most labels have contact information. If you are the original purchaser just return it as defective.
