Dave, if there's no spec available from the maker, you look up general torque specs for the size and type of the bolt. i.e. there will be a spec for 1/2", 3/4", 1",2", carbon steel bolts, published in tables online. And you may need a whopping big socket & wrench to match it.<G> Sometimes can be rented from a construction equipment rental firm.
