Jacksonville Florida repower

If anyone has a recommendation for a boatyard or diesel person to handle a repower in about a month in Jacksonville, I would appreciate a referral. Also need a rigger and a welder to fix some stantions. Google only gives me information for people too busy to return phone calls. I thought the marine industry was in a recession and people would be looking for customers.

I watched the guys who have a shop in downtown Green Cove Springs do a swap and they got right to it. They are mobile. I watched the rigger who I think comes from Gainesville do some work and I was not very impressed.

I have had good service and results from Half Hitch Marine in St. Augustine. Speak to Rick. They work out of St. Augustine Marine.

Check out Tiger Point Marina in Fernandina. That is a working mans boatyard.

I and others have had good luck with Julian Crisp (Sparman) for your rigging. He can be reached at (352) 222.3647.

Thomas with T&A portable welding has done good work for me in the past. His number is (386) 546.9086

What type of engines are you looking to repower/rebuild?

Replace BMW 35 with Beta Marine 60

Sent from an undisclosed location on the high seas or from the lounge chair by the pool, you decide.
