Galley Remodel

I am looking at purchasing an Irwin 30 Citation and there is one thing that I would like to change, the galley, it has a two burner stove top. I would like to install a propane or cng stove / oven, my question is, has anybody installed a stove / oven in a 78' Irwin 30 Citation?
