Convert 2 cabins aft to be a single + Storage

Hi guys

Looking at a couple of boats which have 2 equally sized cabins aft. I would prefer a single aft cabin with a smaller storage area. Is this something that is achievable? Would the dividing wall be structural?

Why couldn't you use the other cabin for storage by just taking the cushions out? I would think that if you do any kind of permanent changes which will prevent you from using the cabin for sleeping there will come a time when you will regret it, especially on a re-sale. Most of us of course don't think of a re-sale when we just got the boat but that time almost always comes.
