Westerbeke 30B year 2007???

Replacing burned out preheating Solenoid
New Lifting pump
New secondary filter assembly

Lost audio busser, turning engine on.

Panel when key switched to on, lights panel,volts gauge on,oils gauge moves slightly,

turn key on to start motor, crank it.(boat is on dry on boatyard.

Engine box,when panel key is switched on
Solenoid hot terminal shows electric power with ammeter,testing smaller actuator poles the solenoid closes (activated)
Oil sender (no switch) replaced and tests both terminals.
Positive cable from harness cut off to get lifting pump out NON-power
Reset switch (10 amps installed on engine has positive conduction both end).

Studied schematics for electrical diagram, there is a second fuse bolted to lifting pump in order to replace.

What???????

Maddening.

I can leave with no busser sound but will like to have it in case of overheating or loosing oil pressure under way.
