If I were going to buy one today though, I'd buy this one. Both are spring loaded and the
engine will come right up once you push the release handle. This one though is a bit stiffer/more heavy duty.

Btw, one of the
boats from our
dock was dismasted last Saturday Night by the
Chesapeake Bay Bridge. He was on a small S2 with
deck stepped
mast. Winds W maybe 35 knots. Tide ripping outward.
He says his
motor wouldn't start, and his crew was useless. I'm just glad they didn't hit one of the Islands. The rocks are huge and very slippery.
The Coast Guard pulled them in as I understand it.
Point is be careful with the bridge. It can sneak up on you.
